Started in 2001, the Real Equity Group of companies is a privately held real estate investment firm with headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Real Equity manages a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate investments, focused primarily in the Alberta market, in addition to select international holdings.
Historically, the company has provided the opportunity for individuals to get involved in larger investment projects and opportunities, seeking long-term equity growth and exposure to well-researched real estate markets.
Real Equity provides full-service management of its privately held projects including acquisition, financing strategies and asset management for its own portfolio. We do not offer management services to assets outside of our portfolio, and instead seek to maximize the upside and growth of our own holdings, to the benefit of our investors and stakeholders. |
